Residential Murals
Rhode Island

ongoing projects

I am constantly painting murals in my Rhode Island home, where I live with my husband and two kids. It started with the shed rainbow, which was my first ever large-scale mural, and has propelled me into the mural world. I can’t hold my art inside, so it comes spilling out onto the walls of our home often.

Limewashing

Residential Client
East Greenwich, RI

Fall
2024

Limewashing is a painting technique that involves applying a mixture of limestone, water, and natural pigments to create a chalky, matte finish. Limewash is a sustainable, eco-friendly alternative to regular paint because it's made from natural ingredients and doesn't contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

This project took about 9 hours, spread out over a week.

Seasonal Window Paintings

Local Businesses
Rhode Island

Seasonal
2024

I have so much fun whenever I get the opportunity to paint holiday window designs for local businesses.

I have created holiday displays for a local childcare center, as well as winter displays for Pizzeria Uno in Warwick + Massage Therapy and Wellness of East Greenwich.

I use a combination of interior house paint, acrylic craft paint and Posca paint markers to create my designs. They can be painted on the windows from the inside or outside, depending on the desired look and audience.

Watercolor Commissions

2024

I have been working on several commissioned watercolor pieces for clients. Using watercolors and fine line work I can focus on the details of these houses.

Posh Beauty Studios

2024

I had the pleasure of painting this green mural on the wall at Posh Beauty Studio in Walpole, MA.

I learned a lot during this project and had to manage my time well since it was over an hour away. The space was already gorgeous, so adding this pop to the main wall when you enter really brought the whole space together.

My 3 Sons Doughboys
Food Truck
North Providence, RI

Summer
2024

I was connected with Mike from My 3 Sons Doughboys by another artist (thank you Amy!) The project started with designing the DOUGHBOYS name on the cinderblocks that surround the truck and the picnic tables.

Once completed, Mike asked me to paint CASH ONLY on the truck itself, which was a huge upgrade from the cardboard sign they had been using.

Painting on the truck itself was so much fun and a great learning experience.
Lesson learned: when painting outside in the summer, be sure to pack a pop up tent / umbrella for shade!

Before I left that day, he said to me “surprise me” and asked for me to come up with some other design ideas for the truck and surrounding space. That’s when we decided to paint the order window itself to add some color and let everyone know that they are
Rhode Island’s 1st Original Flavored Toppings Doughboys!

Zenergize
Yoga Studio + Playspace
North Kingstown, RI

Winter
2023

I had the pleasure of painting an ocean mural on the mirrors in a friend’s yoga studio-turned kids play space.

I used a variety of paints that we had leftover from various projects and I added details with glass paint markers at the end.

This project took about 15 hours, spread out over a week.

Artwork

ongoing projects

I have been creating art as long as I can remember. Here are a few examples of different projects I’ve worked on over the years.

I am most comfortable with fine lines and a details, usually using pen or markers. I am falling in love with watercolors currently too.

Design Work

I have helped several friends create logos for their side-hustle, band merchandise and just-for-fun projects.
